Rachelle and Alton Parady have decided to give up the Florida life and return to to Connecticut. With several recommendations we have appointed Stateside Management, owned and operated by our namesakes, Ann and Charles Fowler. Ann will be the guest's main contact whilst Charles will undertake maintenance, pool and lawn care.

Rachelle and Alton Parady who looked after Mickey's Tree House and all our guests in 2004 have changed their company name from Parady's Vacation Homes to Nutmeg Management Services. To you, the guest, the change will have little impact, Rachelle and Alton will continue to give great service and support.
Your booking enquiries and payments at Elite Homes are now handled by Barbara Fisher.
Both Rachelle and Barbara are located in Elite Homes office at 5505 W Irlo Bronson Highway (Hwy 192)
Three major hurricanes hit Central Florida during the 2004 Season. This is the first time since 1896 that this has occurred. Luckily Mickey's tree House withstood the triple onslaught with only minor damage from Hurricane Charlie. Hurricane Ivan did not come ashore in Central Florida but did do tremendous damage in the Caribbean Islands, the Florida Panhandle and to Oil structures in the Gulf of Mexico. If your computer has Microsoft PowerPoint then click HERE to see a presentation of the damage done by Ivan. There is a great satellite photograph of "Ivan the Terrible" It is a big file so may take some time to download to your computer.

Mickey's Tree House has been listed on the Online Florida Villas website as property 1580. It is hoped that this website, that appears to have many UK based visitors, will be a valuable source of guest enquiries for Mickey's Tree House

August 14th, 2004 will remain an important date at Mickey's Tree House. It was on this day that he devastating winds and rain of Hurricane Charley hit Kissimmee. Eagle Pointe was right in the main path and suffered extensive damage in places. A tornado missed Mickey's Place and hit the near by electricity sub-station wiping it out. Unfortunately Mickey's Tree did not survive the storm and had to be removed along with the big tree near the side walk. We are looking for a new Mickey Tree. Click here to see the "Wanted for Murder" poster that I prepared to lighten the despondency a little
Currently ThymefortheMouse features just one property - 4636 Eagle Peak Drive, Eagle Pointe, Kissimmee. However there a plans to add a second and possibly more properties to the portfolio.
Events move faster than I can develop the website. Our first and second personally booked guests parties, who stayed in Mickey's Tree House in June and July, liked the villa so much that they have re-booked for 2005.
And Mickey has a new playmate! My daughter had a baby boy, Alfie, to annoy his 5 year old sister, Charlotte.
